To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to inform you that Albright&Associates, Inc. has been retained by Marilee Susi to
provide structural engineering design services for the remodel/renovation of the above referenced
property. We anticipate being involved through the demolition, design, and construction phases
of the project.
I have reviewed the design of the proposed remodel dated February 27, 2020 prepared by Marc-
Michaels Interior Design for their feasibility and impact on the existing structure. The project
scope is understood to be a new sliding door at the Living room and various interior wall
realignments. Based on the scope of work proposed, the existing structure appears to be amenable
to the proposed design. Albright&Associates will be involved in the review of the structure once
the demolition is underway and we can observe the existing conditions more specifically.
An agent of Marilee Susi is to provide documentation of our findings and recommendations to the
building department for review prior to construction. If you have any questions regarding this
project, please contact me for additional information.
