PID #2737-182-09-801 Determination: This 17" day of October, a Certificate of No Negative Effect is approved following scope of work as represented in the land use application. Project Details and Review Criteria The applicant proposes to remove existing exterior stairs and reinstall to building code. Insofar as the proposed work has no adverse effect on the physical appearance or character defining features of the Commercial Core Historic District or the individually designated buildings within the historic district, the proposed work qualifies for application to a Certificate of No Negative Effect pursuant to Section 26.415.070(4)i of the Aspen Municipal Code i. Installation of site improvements, such as walkways, patios, pools or hot tubs, or similar significant features. Review based on applicable City of Aspen Historic Preservation Design Guidelines (1.1, 1.6) and the Commercial, Lodging, and Historic District Design Standards and Guidelines (1.3, 1.4) determined the work will not diminish, eliminate or adversely affect the significant historic and/or architectural character of the Commercial Core Historic District.
