official).
In-Slab Snowmelt and Outdoor Electric Heat Mats:
1.A nine square foot portion of emergency escape and rescue window wells is exempt
2.Accessible routes as defined by IBC section 1104.1 and 1104.2 and limited to 48"in width is exempt.
Outdoor spa:
1.A maximum of(1)portable spa per property with a water surface area of not more than 64 square
Heat tape including roof end gutter deicing systems and exterior piping:
1.Up to 1000 watts are exempt.
2.IMPORTANT::Enter all existing to remain residential exterior energy uses on the site in the RREMP-Existing tab so they can be included in the Annual BTU Exterior
