added to t sheet with the side approaches.

offset. Please choose a different option from the policy to demonstrate that your fenestration will meet
required U-factors listed above. You provided what looks like a cutsheet for some Kawneer doors that

OZ response: The performance ecificatio per NRC 100 have been provided on sheet A0.8.3. The
Kawneer 350T (1" double glazed eets th performance criteria C402.4. Per the table, the operable
fenestration in climate zone 7 shall m actor of .33 and a SHGC of .35. The specification for the
glazing will meet the values prescribed by ordinance C402.2. The specification sheet A.0.3. added
language for the glazing performance to meet the ordinance values from table C402.2.

#19-Fire Dampers
Fire dampers are uired at penetration of mechanical room. The shaft in the ceiling of the mechanical
room is open to e mechanical room and the architect has stated that 2015 IBC 713.11 item 2, requiring

the mechanical room walls and ceilin o be 1 hour fire rated fire barriers and horizontal assembly.
Penetrations of these walls/ceiling m t be in accordance with 717.5.2 and 717.6 as applicable. Ducts

Micropile drawings indicate tha e micoropile design is for temporary shoring. These structural
drawings appear to show t oring as permanent. Are the detention tank walls designed to be
backfilled and take per ent loads without micropile loads?Coordinate and confirm permanent vs.
temporary shoring.
KE: The micro ' shoring wall is temporary. The detention tank walls are designed to be
backfilled take the permanent loads. Sections 1/S7 and 2/S7 have been updated.
