1. Call out area of land disturbance.
Existing driveway and walkway to be replaced in a like-for-like manner to repair existing
snowmelt. As outlined in the Minor Engineering Design checklist, a project is exempt from
disturbance area if the project repairs snowmelt in the same footprint as existing. This

3. Describe the proposed project, include changes to land use, topography, ground cover, soil
type, and drainage pattern.
Existing entran tubing for snowmelt has failed and will be replaced. Driveway and walkway
to be replaced like-for-like in the same location and same slopes.
4. Describe any existing drainage issues.
There are no existing drainage issues or concerns.
5. Describe existing drainage basins and proposed drainage alterations. Include increases in
flow, changes in direction, new outfalls, etc.
The existing driveway drains to adjacent green spaces. There are no changes to the drainage
patterns, direction, outlets, etc.
6. Describe what efforts have been made to reduce runoff and increase infiltration (e.g. reduce
impervious area, disconnect impervious area, route runoff via landscape rather than hard
infrastructure).
All runoff will continue to run to landscape.
7. Describe downstream stormwater conveyance system.Where does runoff go when it leaves
the site?Verify no impacts to neighboring properties.
Runoff percolates into the soil and is not conveyed to neighboring properties.
8. Describe any proposed stormwater infrastructure or BMPs.
No infrastructure changes proposed.
9. All new or altered hardscape must drain to greenspace or a constructed BMP.
All altered hardscape drains to green space.
