Plat bk 28 pg 58 describes the exterior boundary of the Williams Woods development along with the roadway which exists clearly within the Williams Woods boundary leaving a gap between R-O-W and our westerly boundary. The Amended Williams Woods Pat Bk 112 Pg 3 shows the exterior boundary and the R-O-W which was not described in this version and remaining unchanged from Bk 28 Pg 58. The Smuggler Hunter Trust Condo as shown on Plat Bk 105 Pg 45 shows Williams Way leaving their westerly boundary line arcing to the northwest but westerly of the East boundary of Williams Woods. It is my opinion based on these recorded plats that HOA property owned by Williams Woods Condo exists between the platted R-O-W and the 688 Spruce westerly boundary.
