For Steel
Application Conditions Substrates & Surface Preparation
Generic Type Water-based intumescent coating designed for the fire General Prior to application, steel surfaces need to be cleaned by
protection of structural steel removing all oil, grease or any loose particles that may
interfere with the bond of ForceField®FireGuard®.The
Description Thin film intumescent coating that creates a fire retardant substrate must then be primed with a compatible primer.
