Review Comments 1. 7' of cover must be maintained. Blueboard will not be permitted unless absolutely necessary. If design engineer determines that blueboard is absolutely necessary, a larger conversation is needed regarding what kind of blueboard an what level of insulation. The drawings have been updated to not reference any blueboard, as it is likely unnecessary for the project. See sheet C.01 2. Please include stormwater infrastructure that was approved in the original permit to ensure no conflicts with drywell placement and/or utility crossings. For all utility crossings, call out vertical crossing clearance distances adhering to city of aspen engineering standard 3.2.1. Stormwater infrastructure proposed by Woody Creek Engineering has been shown within the updated drawings by CRC. No alterations to this system are proposed with the updated drawings. There was a minor conflict with piping in relation to the foundation drywell, so the drywell has been relocated further southeast by 1'. See Sheet C.01. A note has been added to Sheet C.01 referring to the standards, which were also included on Sheet C.02.
