These design documents have been reviewed for conformance with the Land Use Code as adopted and amended by the City of Aspen. You can find a copy of the Land Use Code on our website. Attached are the comments for Zoning. All comments must be addressed. Please revise and redraw the plans to clearly respond to the comments. Revised drawings must clearly show code compliance. Please resubmit the attached comment letters with your written response to each comment. Your response should indicate which detail or specific page shows the required information. Responses such as “will comply with code” are not adequate. Zoning plan check is only one part of the review process by which projects are reviewed for approval. If you choose to begin updating plans prior to receiving comments from all review agencies, you assume the risk of needing to update or otherwise redo your plans.
