Scope of Work- This project consists of an interior renovation of an existing coffee shop to a restaurant. The
proposed design contains the removal of an existing interior partition and the addition of three interior
partitions. In addition, the bar layout will be modified to accommodate bar seating. No changes will be made
to the exterior façade of the building.
