Response: We moved the dishwashing sink. This is just a stone backsplash behind the sink. This is the
interior north wall of the kitchen.

Response: Yes, I added the 96 SF, I also had the upper deck at 355 SF on the drawings, but listed on the chart
at 349, so I added that 6 SF to make it all accurate now.

Response: I have removed the light well. Both Arch & Structural.
Response: The deck is just open joists, not sheathing exists. Rain drips through. We are just replacing the
boards as needed. As anyone would do for maintenance. The structural joints and everything else to remain. Doesn’t seem practical to call this into the demo calculations??
Response: Stairs are just built up wood blocks over the lower deck existing frame and meeting up with upper existing deck framing. Doesn’t seem practical to call this into the demo calculations??
