Max occupant load for a single
occupant space is 49. This is 50
and is not accounting for any
wait staff or bartenders besides
the two kitchen staff. Include
anticipated staff in your occupant
load and show a total under 49.

Per conversations with landlord
representative and their GC the
existing common restrooms are
to be improved later this year.
Provide a signed letter from
building ownership with
approximate timeframe of that
work, and we can forgo
accessibility improvements to
the existing facilities at this point.

Bar seating that is in the corner,
facing a solid wall, and cannot
be served by a bartender directly
is not equivalent in customer
experience to the open kitchen
window section of the bar or the
true bar that cab be served by
the bartender. Provide
accessible portion of bar that
provides an equivalent
experience to the other bar
seating spaces (an adjustable
bar section may make the most
sense to allow for accessibility in
a more central location with the
ability to keep it in the high
position while not being used).
