City of Aspen Community Development Dept:
The undersigned, Raphael Derly, agrees to install an ADA Accessible bathroom within the
premises in the 2025 Spring off-season.
After the bathroom plans have been tendered, The Community Development Department
agrees to use its best effort to grant a building permit for the construction of the
aforementioned ADA bathroom in the 2025 Spring off-season.

inspections. TCO shall be
issued with condition that

be completed during spring
