The intent of this letter is to inform the reader that DB Structural Design Ltd. has been retained by
Aspen Restco LLC to provide structural engineering design services as the engineer of record for the
above referenced project. The scope of services will be determined during demolition, during which,
DB Structural Design Ltd. will be on site to evaluate existing structure and assess the structural
modifications necessary to accommodate this remodel.
