To whom it may concern,
Based on the structural evaluation conducted on-site by Red Hill Engineering (RHE) on
10/17/24, it has been confirmed that the roof structure, consisting of E-W oriented steel bar joists
bearing on the exterior walls and an intermediate N-S column-beam line, is fully independent of
the partition wall in question. The partition wall, which separates the kitchen from the dining area,
consists of drywall over metal studs and does not provide any structural support to the building.
As called for by current renovation plans, it is approved to remove two feet of this partition
wall floor-to-ceiling without any further considerations. The wall in question serves no
structural significance, and further removal beyond two feet is also approved as needed.
