Please provide more information regarding the plant water needs for Colorado's Choice bluegrass. This particular Poa pratensis has
not been encountered in a WELS review to date.

removed as per a temporary water service agreement with the City Water Dept.

Please include the irrigated ROW SF area here. All irrigated City ROW is to be included in the plans and water budget calculations.
There appears to be well over 3,000 SF of irrigated ROW depicted on the Irrigation Design Plan.
