Qualifications:
1. Grade to be received +/- 1/10th of a foot clean and ready to drain, including any clear and grub.
2. The following items are considered by others; secondary locates, demo, excavation, power, concrete, veneer,
sleeving, Garden Gate and Fence, Dog Run Fence and Gate, Fire Feature, Wood Deck, Bocce Court.
3. All electrical is by others; including power to any pumps, meters, clocks, transformers, etc..
4. If plant material or seed is unavailable substitutions will be necessary.
5. Crane, if needed, will be invoiced at cost plus 15%.
6. Secondary (Private) Locates, Site Services (Including Anything Required for COVID) and Consulting shall be
invoiced at Cost +15%.
7. This pricing is valid for 7 days. Please add 7.5% per annum to the total for scope needed beyond 2022.
8. We reserve the right to pass along increases we incur.
