State license to demolish required prior to permit issuance. SH Built is in the process of obtaining a required State license to demolish sheet vinyl under carpet and kitchen cork floor prior to permit issuance. 2. Show all of these penetrations on your roof plan and elevations in your architectural set.. Please see updated roof plan on sheet A103 and elevation sheets A201 & A202 for all penetration information. 3. Submit an updated version of this entire form complete with affidavit#1 and #2 including signatures and notarization. Please also complete all spaces on page 2 of the submitted application. Per AF103.10 an accessible clear space 24" in diameter by 3' in height adjacent to the vent pipe shall be provided at the anticipated location of a future radon fan. How will this be accomplished? Show plumbing pipe penetration(s) and label height of termination as not less than 12" above the roof per IPC 903.1/COA Title 8. Label all other penetrations as shown in mechanical document. Please see updated sheet A103 for location of radon mitigation stack pipe. Also shown on elevations on A202. 7. EV charging capabilities required per COA Ord 40, 2016. Please see updated Main Level Reflected Ceiling Plan on A104 showing the location of a proposed raceway to facilitate future installation and use of an electric vehicle charger. 8. Electrical panel requires 30x36x78" clearance per NEC 110.26. Either move the panel or move the hot water heater.
