Dear Wyatt,
This letter is intended to show general conformance to the approved construction drawings dated
January 5, 2022. We have also included an annotated version of our Grading and Drainage Plan
which shows the as-built conditions in RED. There are some slight differences in invert
elevations for some storm drains, but those differences will not affect the capacity or
performance of the storm drain system.

MAINTENANCE
The homeowner will maintain the dry well per the following requirements:
