The City of Aspen permit process works as follows: Completeness Review: I will be reviewing your permit application for completeness in the next 5 business days. I will follow up with you directly if I need any additional information. Submittal Fees: Once your permit is deemed complete, I will provide you with a list of all permit submittal fees that are due. Your permit will not be placed into our review queue until payment of all submittal fees is received.
