The sewer service is very close
to BP-2 and in a significantly
different area from the approved
civil plans. Please verify
distances from BP-2. Was it
installed with 4" insulation?
Verify no issues with stormwater
infiltration above the sanitary
service.

the drain pan was installed, or
provide analysis and
demonstrate that all drainage is
routed in the same manner as
originally proposed.
