1. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHORING, BRACING
AND MEANS AND METHODS REQUIRED FOR DEMOLITION.
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTORING ANY
DEFLECTION OR DEFORMATION OF FLOORS, WALLS AND ROOF
CAUSED BY IMPROPER SHORING AND BRACING.
2. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING WITH
FLOOR PLANS, STRUCTURAL, LIGHTING, INTERIORS AND
MECHANICAL DRAWINGS FOR THE EXTENT OF DEMOLITION
AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
3. ALL CONDITIONS TO BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. ARCHITECT TO BE NOTIFIED
IMMEDIATELY OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
4. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING
WORK TO REMAIN AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PATCHING AND
RESTORING ALL TEMPORARY OPENINGS, SCRATCHES OR DAMAGES
THAT ARE A RESULT OF DEMOLITION WORK.
5. CONTRACTOR TO REFER TO MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS FOR
DISPOSAL OF DEMO MATERIALS.
6. DRAWINGS ATTEMPT TO SHOW EXISTING CONDITIONS. ALL
EXISTING CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE SHOWN OR BE VISIBLE
ON SITE. CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO ABANDON, TURN OFF,
