Hi Bonnie:
In response to your email seeking updates and revisions here is the following information:
1.) Window and doors. I have uploaded the cutsheets from the Kolbe supplier that we will be using. I went ahead
and highlighted all of the U‐values in red for easy identification.
2.) Required snow stops. I have updated sheet A2.07 Roof Plan and sheet A3.05 North and West Side Elevations to
show the required snow and ice stops. Revised Set uploaded
3.) Exterior Stone detailing: I have updated sheet A3.05 North and West Side to state that the stone is 2” thick. I
have uploaded the Eldorado Stone Companies installation guidelines. Revised set uploaded
4.) Special Inspection: I am on this and getting the required signatures. I will upload when complete and email
everyone when it is done. Pending
Thanks!

These design documents have been reviewed for conformance to the International Codes as adopted and amended by
the City of Aspen. State and Federal regulations are administered where applicable. You can find a copy of all adopted
codes, ordinances, and policies on our website.
The attached corrections are required to be addressed. Revise and redraw the plans to clearly respond to the attached
comments and resubmit this comment letter with your written response to each comment on this list. Indicate which
detail or specification page shows the required information. Responses such as “will comply with code” are not
adequate. Revised drawings must clearly show code compliance.
Building plan check is only one part of the often complex process by which projects are reviewed for approval. These
parts are interrelated and are sometimes conflicting. It is ultimately the applicant’s responsibility to coordinate these
requirements.
