Please confirm that it is acceptable to use LUS28Z hangers instead of the specified LRU28Z hangers. Also, we
have used a Simpson Strong-Tie L90 ESR-2523 hanger on each end of the double 2x12 where we only have
access to one side of the final 2x12 rafter. Please confirm that this is acceptable. See Pic:

Finally, I know the C-channel is non-structural and decorative only, but the inspector wanted confirmation
from you that the attachment via allthread welded top the back of the C-channel, and bolted through the stud
pack to the interior of the garage, is acceptable. See pic.

Just closing the loop on this. We should be good as far as lateral stability of the bent. I also just sent drawings to Red for review so
you should be seeing those soon. Once you have a chance to review, give me a call if you have any questions. I had to reframe the
eave to get rid of that beam.
