Please be aware that before I can do my final sign off for zoning, you will have needed to extinguish your housing credits for Employee Housing Mitigation, and your TDR's. The housing credits needed are .21 FTE's of Category 2 credits. The Water Efficient Landscaping Standards requires a third-party certified irrigation audit prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The City of Aspen Parks Department also reserves the right to conduct an inspection prior to issuance of a C.O. Please refer to the WELS Standards for these criteria.
