Change Order Revision Scope List
1. Sht G-101 No Change
2. Sht G-102 No Change
3. Sht AD-101 Lower Level exterior wall window and door removal on Grid 1.
4. Sht AD-102 Game 204 Add note to remove existing stone veneer and hearth and
wood burning fireplace insert. Fireplace is not being replaced. Add note stating no
work to be done in Bath 212 instead of previously permitted work.
5. Sht AD-103 No Change
6. Sht A-101 Add new Owners Closet 111 and revise Bedroom 104 to accommodate
the change. Install new man door to Owners Closet 111 and re-use sliding door to
Bedroom 104 in existing framed openings. Add new Mitsubishi Heat Pump and
Mini Split notes, change pocket door to Media 103 to re-use of existing barn door,
add notes for upgrade of electrical service per electrical permit.
7. Sht A-102 Add note for infill of firebox and closet openings for new bed wall. Add
note stating no new work in Bath 212 was this has been removed from the shop of
work.
