The planned Spa has been added to the permit, and has moved into the non-exempt category. The Spa is a rhombus shape with 42.09 Sq Ft of water surface. 2. The upper deck area including the area under the proposed spa has been added to the snowmelt area; an additional 403.8 SF 3. The Basement stair has been added to the snow melt area; an additional 49.35 SF 4. The basement egress window has been added to the snow melt area; an additional 10.5 SF 5. The covered entry porch has been added to the snow melt area; an additional 71.97 SF 6. The boiler Efficiency has been updated to reflect spec’d equipment to 97.70% efficiency, the same efficiency is applied to the spa. Total snow melt area has increased to 1458.02 SF (including window well and basement stair) Preliminary calculation of RREMP payment owed $25,422.26 07/11/2022
