To City of Aspen:
The following is a list of requested changes to building permit 0036-2019-BRES.The bulk of the
changes are a result of two factors. First,the Historic Asset's foundation was poured incorrectly.This resulted in
a shift of building footprint location,but not in size.Second,ownership of the project and property changed in
June of 2021.The programmatic design changes are listed below.
Site:
1. Footprint:
Due to surveyor and previous contractor error,the foundation for the historic structures was poured
1'9"East and 1 1/4"South of where it was originally drawn.This change order includes the updated
plans showing how the whole footprint shifted slightly and modified the driveway and auto court to
still fit within our building envelope.

2. Electrical Service:
Existing electrical service was improperly scabbed together, and insufficient for new construction.
Holy Cross Energy requested a new service originating from southern existing transformer,and
accessible via Gibson Ave.

a. Added Spa and Spa Patio
i. See new Landscape Sheets—and new PL Sheets
b. Corresponding Changes to Adjusted Driveway and Auto court

c. Thermally treated wood replaced with Metal panel siding

a. Modified Historic wall assembly with sheathing,WRB and cavity rockwool
b. Modified Brick wall Assembly with AWB behind 1"rigid
12. A10.1 & 10.2
a. Clouded windows with minor dimensional and operational changes to work with
detailing
b. Clouded entire Door Schedule as all Doors have changed slightly with added details.
Structural Design:
1. New Structural sheets have been clouded to show revisions with requested changes and rectifying
previous errors.
MEP Design:
1. New Mechanical plans have been provided.Previously we had no plans,just a letter from engineer
stating that the project would be properly heated,cooled ventilated,and specified an ERV
2. New Electrical plans have been provided,which were not originally in permit set
3. New EL sheets with lighting design have been provided which replace the original lighting design
4. New Plumbing plans have been provided,which were not originally in permit set.
