The following is a list of responses to comments pertaining to change order 0091-2022-BCHO
under master permit 0036-2019-BRES.
Building
- See comment sheet for responses. REMP and PV clarified, updated fireplace registration form,
HPC ok with revised wall assembly, snowmelt assembly over grade clarification, mechanical
design and REMP schedule clarifications, and spa APSP compliance form complete.
- Notes:
o Mechanical Plan update narrative on separate memo 10.Change Order-Mechanical-
Narrative.931 GA.20230427.pdf.
o As built structural revisions have been clouded. New auto court retaining wall details
clouded on S.6.004
o Mechanical Flue design refined in Historic chimney with HPC Approval. See Roof Plan
A2.4 and Exterior elevations.
o Southeast utility wall layout refined. See South Elevation A3.3
o D-17(steel and glass door) u-value compliance calculations provided. 30.Fenestration

WELS
- See comment sheet for responses. Budget worksheet and notes have been updated.
- Note: an increase in drip-irrigated landscaping to comply with COA ECU calculations
HPC
- See comment sheet for responses. Chimney vents have been provided, radon vent location
moved south A2.4, and asking for permission from Staff and Monitor for front path paver
material change.
Utilities
- COA has requested that we stay under our master permitted 4.28 ECUs. See updated
worksheet and revised plans for compliance. 50.Residential ECU

Engineering
- See comment sheet for responses. Utility lines/locations/access have been addressed and
notes clarified. Holy Cross Energy agreements have been submitted.
- Note: Our Northwest stormwater drain line has been routed around the in-ground spa
Parks
- Auto court and dripline tree encroachment has been discussed on site, hand digging plus air
spading required with further evaluation from Parks and Forester. See responses and memo.
Zoning, Sanitation and CMP have been approved previously. No Changes.
