HomeMy WebLinkAboutFile Documents.332 W Main St.0016-2024-BCHO FORUM PHI I Clarification Change Log Project Address: 332 W Main, Unit 101A, Aspen, CO 81611 (Permit#: 0031-2023-BCOM) Date: December 13, 2023 Our contractor alerted us that there was a discrepancy between the Civil and Architectural site elevations. During coordination efforts with our Civil Engineer it was discovered that the proposed ADA compliant walkway would be too steep given the current site conditions. For the proposed walkway to be ADA compliant a sloped area needed to be added to the covered porch and the proposed concrete walkway needed to be lengthened toward Main Street to maintain the maximum 5% slope at the accessible route.
