Notifications shall address all adjacent neighbors and all residents affected by possible traffic delays. Clean and complete —2 day 1427 Crystal Lake Road — CMP Summary rin2/2020 ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT 4.4 ADJOINING PROPERTIES There is no anticipated obstruction or work to occur on adjoining properties. No exterior landscaping or work affecting trees will be performed. Photographs of all adjacent properties to be taken and on file for reference if required. 4.5 PROJECT FENCING Not applicable 4.7 NATURAL ENVIRONMENT No tree impact is expected 5.0 SITE AND RIGHT OF WAY MANAGEMENT No right of ways to be blocked 5.2 EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS All access for emergency vehicles will be continuously maintained for all police, fire and ambulance services. 5.3 CONSTRUCTION PARKING Construction parking will occur within the complex public parking and owner's unit parking spaces. All employees will carpool to the jobsite with 2 or more occupants per vehicle. 5.4 STAGING AREAS Staging of the project will be completed on site within the units parking unit and inside the unit itself 5.5 ROW LIMITATIONS ROW will only be used in intermitted time frames no longer than 20 minutes. If extended use of the ROW is required, a Temporary Encroachment Permit will be obtained for such operations. Short term activities in ROW to be: a. Temporary transitioning of materials b. Relocate equipment, trucks, machines c. Delivery of materials d. Scheduling of activity in ROW to fall within work hours allowable by City of Aspen e. Cleaning of ROW to be done daily f. No storage of materials to be allowed on ROW. 1427 Crystal Lake Road — CMP Summary 11Y2/2020 ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT 5.6 SITE PLAN Attached site plan represents areas of work to be performed and location of storage and temporary facilities. 5.7 WASTE MANAGEMENT Trash and debris will be removed daily as needed. No dumpster will be use though a pull behind dump trailer will be utilized to haul off old windows. Materials to be disposed at the Pitkin County Landfill 970.923.3487 6.1 TRAFFIC CONTROL Any traffic control will be performed by on site superintendent and assistant if needed. 6.2 HAUL ROUTES Attached is plan referencing haul routes for the project. 6.3 DELIVERY REQUIRMENTS Deliveries to be accepted on site between 8:00 am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. No delivery vehicles to idle more than 5 minutes. 6.4 TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN A detailed traffic control plan will be included with Temporary Encroachment Plan as required. In minor conditions as needed, 2 spotters will be located on each side of any vehicle requiring assistance travelling on Crystal Lake Road. 7.0 PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION No activity is to be performed on pedestrian sidewalks within the unit other than accessing the unit. Pedestrian Access will comply for pedestrian safety per City Code 21.4.060, IBC And ADA requirements. 8.1 SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL Not applicable 9.1 FUGITIVE DUST CONTROL PLAN Not applicable 10.2 EMMISIONS 1427 Crystal Lake Road — CMP Summary 11Y2/2020 ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT Emissions from diesel engines operated within the City of Aspen shall be a shade or density no darker than 40% opacity except when starting motion of no longer than I 0 seconds and stationary operation not exceeding 10 seconds. No idling is allowed. 11.1 NOISE SUPPRESION All equipment to be adequately muffled and maintained to prevent project noise. All work to comply with the applicable noise control regulations, including but not limited to the City of Aspen and Pitkin County Noise Suppression Plan. All loud construction equipment operations to occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. No noise greater than 70 db to be allowed at the property lines during the summer on season (June 1st to Labor Day). Subsequently 80db at the property line is allowed in off summer season. Use of radios will not be allowed outside.
