Dear Building Department,
We are submitting minor updates/supplement information to our building permit plan set with
revisions to the following pages:
90.Architectural Plans
A.102
1. Changed the layout of the Laundry Room. Existing fixture count to remain the same.
2. Replace the elevator cab. No changes to existing elevator shaft.
3. Removal of sink in Recreation Room.
4. Changed the layout of the Bathroom 3. Existing fixture count to remain the same.
A.103
1. Like for like window replacement of existing casement window with new Pella U-Factor 0.28
window.
A.104
1. Changed the layout of the Den back to the existing conditions.
2. Replacement of rotten wood beam at the north deck. New steel beam is not visible from
exterior. Structural clarification previously submitted, attached for reference.
3. New header above refrigerator. Structural clarification previously submitted, attached for
reference.
4. Like for like window replacement of(4) existing windows with new Pella U-Factor 0.28 windows.
A.105
1. Removal of on grade spa from scope of work. This results in a decrease in new snowmelt area
to a new total of 103 sq.ft. (on Upper Level).
2. Removal of on-site REMP offset. Payment in-lieu to be charged.
