Please let this letter serve as my reply to your engineering comments dated and received
today for 933 E Hyman Ave.
Our site plan can confirm the following:
1 . Any new hardscape will drain to greenspace
2. The spa and hardscaping will not negatively impact neighboring properties.
3. Please see the attached blowup of the landscape plan showing drainage direction
with red arrows:
