Per your request we have completed the fenestration calculations for the 931 Gibson project.
The supplied manufacture's NRFC data allowed us to calculate if the addition of a non-rated
NRFC door would compromise the overall weighted U value of the residence. Please refer to the
attached Fenestration Performance Calculations for detailed results along with the attached
Appendix of manufacture data. The non-rated NRFC door uses a U value of 0.65 per table
303.1.3(1) of the IRC.

glazing, functions, colors, finishes, handings and hardware selections with your Architectural Windows & Doors, Inc. sales representative prior to signing off on this
order to insure 100% accuracy. Once the order is placed with the factory it cannot be cancelled or modified. All of these products are made to order and cannot be
returned to Architectural Windows & Doors, Inc. for credit or other consideration. Any shortages must be reported within 7 business days from the date of delivery
to the job site. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the goods received and should refer to our itemized delivery ticket when verifying missing or incorrect
items. Product representations and warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Note: Structural support may be required around and between mulled units. The size and type to be determined by a structural engineer.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please review and report any errors or changes immediately.
Loewen, at its sole discretion, will seek to accommodate changes to orders that have been submitted.
All changes requested after submission will be subject to additional charges as determined by Loewen.
There will be instances where changes to an order in progress will not be possible.
Load dates may be modified due to the changes requested.
All quotes and orders that meet any of the following criteria must be approved by Loewen prior to quotation
or bid submittal by dealer:
(i) valued at over $300,000 Net Loewen sell price, or
(ii) for Commercial building projects, or
(iii) with specification for product performance and/or on-site testing
Loewen reserves the right to require special terms and conditions on sales of these projects or to decline them outright.
Loewen shall have no liability of any kind for any losses or damages due to any delays in fulfilling orders, delays in meeting delivery dates or delays in shipping, or
any losses or damages resulting from causes beyond the immediate and direct control of Loewen.
