Oddo Engineering Project No. 2021-45
Dear Eric,
Oddo Engineering was on site yesterday August 12, 2021 to provide a walk thru observation of
the conditions of the existing building. As part of the proposed remodel Oddo Engineering will
be retained as the structural engineering and be available during the design and construction of
the project.
We understand the scope of services to be as follows:
• Remove the hot tub and stone ledges at the upper exterior deck
• Install a new hot tub on grade at the SW corner of the lot
• Expand the existing cabinets on the upper exterior deck
• Remove non-load bearing walls at the basement level.
• Removal of a wing wall in the lower level bathroom 2
• Removal/reconfiguration of walls on the main level master bathroom
• Removal/reconfiguration of the entry to the powder on the upper level
Oddo engineering has reviewed the 523 Architecture drawings dated 2/1/2023 and a site plan by
Christie Jensen received in an email on 7/29/21 for the existing and proposed floor plan and hot
tub location.
Once the final design is complete we will review the drawings for our input for the structural
aspect of the project.
A representative of Oddo engineering will be on site once the construction has started to vet.'
