Indicate Project Public Notification: Residents within 300 feet of project will be mailed project notifications describing the construction projects scope of work and their relative tentative schedule.The letter will also inform the recipients of the project representative's contact information; no less than 10 days prior to the start of the project with project updates to occur at least monthly. Additionally, Project Sign Will Be Posted at Site Per Requirements Set Forth by City of Aspen. See `EXHIBIT C' 4.0 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION Dates of Project Construction: Foundation excavation and waterproofing was completed before Aspen Home Inspections became the general contractor.We would like to complete backfill,final grading and revegetation by June 2024. Hours of Construction: Construction will be limited to 7:30am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 9:00am-5:00 pm on Saturday. No construction will be completed on Sundays or holidays as identified by the CMP Manual. Will construction fencing be provided?Yes. See `EXHIBIT B.' Are there trees within the work area: Yes. Due to our limited construction schedule and space,we will not be utilizing a dedicated construction trailer at this site. See `EXHIBIT B.'
