zone and a permanent encroachment will be

6.1 Drywells
The proposed dual chamber drywell meets the requirements of the URMP. The sizing of the drywell is determined using the capacity calculations summarized in Section 4.4 of this drainage report. Below is a summary showing the drywell dimensions to verify it has capacity. The chamber divider, conical section, and sloped manhole lid were not included in these dimensions, which is why the proposed drywells exceed the storage depth shown in the calculations.
7.0 Operation and Maintenance
7.1 Drywell
The drywell shall be inspected and maintained at least every three months to remove any sediment, contaminants, and debris that has settled in the drywell. At minimum, the inspection and maintenance of the drywell shall include the following steps:
