rated roof assembly.
3. Project Documentation
a. A building permit will be required for this work, no # received yet
b. Pacific Sheet Metal sign to be posted at front of 1116 Waters Ave, Aspen, CO 81611

4. Project Implementation
a. Dates of Construction: April 2024-June 2024.
b. Hours of Construction: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 5 PM
i. Saturday work as necessary to meet project timeline, 9 AM to 5 PM
c. Construction Schedule
i. Tear off existing membrane roof.
ii. Install Vap-air Seal 725-TR vapor barrier to existing plywood decking
iii. Install two 2” layers of Poly-ISO insulation
iv. Install Carlisle Secure Shield HD coverboard – class “A”
v. Install Carlisle TPO roof flashings
vi. Install Carlisle 60mil TPO membrane.
vii. Final detailing and close out of project.
d. Project Fencing
i. No soil disturbed, no work over public ROW
5. Project Management
a. Parking Management: Parking in driveway
b. Project Management Map: See attached map.
i. Materials to be staged on existing roof and in driveway.
ii. Trailers and Man Lifts not used.
iii. Waste to be managed via dumpster in driveway.
iv. Materials to be disposed of and not recycled.
6. Traffic Control
a. Weight and Size Limitations: Deliveries from two-ton delivery truck.
b. Delivery Vehicle: Two-ton truck.
i. Maximum of 1 delivery per day.
