Similarly, any permit or approval issued in reliance upon or as a result of, a materially false statement or representation made in the process of obtaining the permit or development approval shall, likewise, be void. NOTE: This plan was taken from 0026-2023-BCOM and 0001-2022-TSTR for the same deck proposal - the same requirements apply.
