The footprint of the new subgrade gym has been altered to follow an existing foundation wall that supports a site wall, instead of being squared off and stepped…. It will follow the angle of the wall. 2. This foundation wall will now be used as the exterior side of the form for the new foundation for the gym. The new structural drawings show this. 3. The new footprint adds some square feet to the basement, so there are updated FAR calcs. 4.
