It should be known that this review shall
not relieve the applicant of their
responsibility to comply with the
requirements of the City of Aspen
Municipal Code. Pursuant to
Sec.26.104.050, any permit or approval
issued in error or otherwise not in
conformity with the requirements of this
Title, shall be void. Similarly, any permit
or approval issued in reliance upon or
as a result of, a materially false
statement or representation made in
the process of obtaining the permit or
development approval shall, likewise,
be void. Any person having received a
void or voidable permit or approval
shall not be relieved from having to
comply with all applicable terms and
conditions of this Title and the City shall
not be estopped from fully enforcing
same.

Change Order
8.25.22
This change order includes the following adjustments:
1. The footprint of the new subgrade gym has been altered to follow an existing
foundation
wall that supports a site wall, instead of being squared off and stepped…. It will
follow the angle of the wall.
2. This foundation wall will now be used as the exterior side of the form for the new
foundation for the gym. The new structural drawings show this.
3. The new footprint adds some square feet to the basement, so there are updated
FAR calcs.
4. There will be some gardens planted around the new skylight and a tree planted
at the end of
the new gym area at the corner of the master closet…. See the site plan
5. A skylight has been added to the new gym as shown on both floor plans and in a
section.
