When I brought up moving the mech. Room or door, staff supported any revisions that reduced the visual prominence of the mech room. If there are design alternaSve that could reduce the visual prominence that would be good, but was not a requirement for the insub. Amend. path. I also got confirmaSon at a high level that most items we’ve discussed could be approved administraSvely. The couple items that may be an excepSon to that depending on final design are the carport modificaSons (which I did not discuss yesterday), significant changes to building orientaSon, and the design of the paSo privacy screening (whether that affects massing or not). As you move forward with those potenSal changes, or any others that there are quesSons about, I’m happy to bring those back to staff to confirm administraSve approval.
