This letter is in regards to the replacement of the compromised framing at 513 W. Main, Unit E201,
Aspen, CO.
All framing that has been significantly compromised by water intrusion, is to be replaced like for like.
Below is a detail to support the existing opening so that compromised material may be removed and
replaced.
