Letter to neighbors of pending construction:
Garret construction in conjunction Rally Dupps architecture
Will be performing an interior remodel and removal of deck mounted
hut tub. Which will be relocated to the corner of the lot nearest the
ally. With the addition of PV solar panels to the roof.
There will be some digging on the property to accommodate the hot
tub.
Light demolition to the deck where the hot tub currently exists.

Projects alignment schedule
Project will be manned as two project simultaneously. This is to shorten the
impact to the neighbors and current resident.
1. A lower level interior remodel of ADU kitchen into a more efficient
bathroom (inside work)
And
2. A built in hot tub on the deck to an in the yard Spa with surround. Which will
require minor excavation. (outside work)

Project schedule
1. Demo existing hot tub on deck inspect water proofing and existing
conditions. Remove ADU kitchen counter and demo adjacent
bathroom. 2 weeks
2. Excavate new spa location in south west corner of the property.
Attempting to locate Dry well that should have been there.
Previous investigation have been unable to find. 2 weeks
3. Relocate service lines to property from alley to house.
Adding PV panels to the roof to upgrade the service. 4 weeks
4. Plumbing and mechanical in lower level to upgrade Bathroom and
reconfigure. 1 week
5. Pour slab and hot tub surround along with upper deck where hot
tub will have been removed. Adding snowmelt to these areas. 2
weeks
6. Siding an trim install fire pit on upper deck 2.5weeks
7. Install spa complete surround and landscaping 1 week
8. Drywall tile and paint lower level 2.5 weeks
9. Complete finishes and punch list. 2 weeks
18-20 weeks to complete
