Air-spade at back of dry stacked wall to expose
roots of neighbors trees and all the way to the new
electric line for spa. This will need to occur prior to
Parks signing off on proposed plantings and spa
location. New service line will need to be snaked
under roots as there will be no cutting of roots over
1.5" in diameter.
