I am working on a design for a historic remodel project in Aspen. CO.
We would like an open right sided corner unit on the main level and a
one sided unit above this piece on the bedroom level. We will need to
use the historic chimney opening and our structural engineer is
concerned with the weight of the fireplaces as we will have to keep the
historic framing in place. lt seems like a custom corner steel box with
a b-vent is what we will need to look at but I was hoping to go over the
