Initial permit submission drawings included exterior improvements in the scope. Landscape drawings showed a patio expansion, fire feature and planter wall on the north side of Unit 1. The owner has decided to remove all exterior improvements from the scope of this permit. These improvements will be pursued through a separate and independent permit.
