RE: Board Approval for Unit #A2 Renovation
Dear Mr. Hauger,
Thank you for the information regarding the renovation project at larkspur Condominiums Unit #A2 as
shared by Bob McDonough. This renovation was discussed and granted conditional approval by the
Board of Directors at today’s Board Meeting.
Your request to replace the patio door sliders on the upper and lower entries per the attached drawings has
been approved by the Larkspur Condominiums Board of Directors with the following conditions:
This renovation will comply with the Association guiding documents, specifically the Rules and
Regulations noting that: Any approved remodeling will be allowed to take place ONLY in the
off-peak periods defined as follows: (1) March 15-June 15 and (2) September 15-December 10.
This approval can be revoked by a majority of the Board at the Board’s sole discretion but shall
not be unreasonably revoked.
The renovation will comply with all applicable building and safety codes including any
appropriate permitting.
