Disturbance Area:
Exterior balcony remodel – All work to be performed within the building footprint.
Overall area 256sf.
Description:
Scope: Remove existing snowmelt flagstone balcony surface. Construction of snowmelt
flagstone balcony. Construction of guard rail to match existing. Construction of
nonstructural heavy timber outriggers to match existing. No interior work to be
performed.

Minor Impact – Carpool Program
GC and Subcontractors will use Premier Buildworks parking lot outside city limits for
carpool, or Brush Creek Intercept Lot.
Construction Fencing:
N/A – Project will all take place on 2nd story of residence.
Additional Comments:
Noise suppression – project will be completed using handheld construction tools and
equipment within the interior of the existing residence.
Fugitive Dust Control – There is no expected fugitive dust.
Traffic Control – Will not be required on site.
Sediment and Erosion Control – Will not be required on site.
