scope of work doesn’t involve adding or replacing fixtures that would affect the ECU ra#ng of the building.

We’ve submi?ed a permit for a minor remodel to unit 488 in the W Aspen. This involves reloca#ng the exi#ng washer /
dryer unit to the adjacent cabinet space, please see below.

Based on the age of the building and the minor nature of this project, can we be exempted from providing an ECU
calcula#on?
If you do require an ECU calcula#on, can that be limited to the unit?
