➢ Install two new windows and remove existing back wall (non-structural). not part of the thermal
➢ Build a new wall to create a storage room. envelope
➢ Replace & install new/existing lights per drawings.
➢ Repair drywall, paint trim and finish.
➢ Carpet patch back.
All work to be performed after hours (after 5pm) and on weekends as we cannot work while the bank is
open.
